Open OSI – A Community-Driven Solution for Housing Management Open OSI is a startup based in Astana, Kazakhstan, aimed at transforming housing management. The app allows residents of apartment complexes to create and manage their own Homeowners’ Associations (OSI) instead of relying on traditional management companies.
My rolle
As a UI/UX designer, my role was to develop the initial app prototypes, user flows, and branding. This case study will walk you through the design process, challenges, and key takeaways from the project.
